Warm, inviting therapy space

What I offer

Individual therapy (kids & teens)

I provide play-based therapy for children ages 6–12, using developmentally appropriate approaches that help kids express their emotions, build coping skills, and work through challenges in a safe and engaging way.

For adolescents, I offer talk therapy that focuses on identity development, emotional regulation, friendships, school stress, and the transition into young adulthood.

I work with a wide range of diagnoses and concerns, including (but not limited to):

  • Depression & anxiety
  • ADHD & autism
  • Trauma and attachment concerns
  • School challenges
  • Social and peer relationship difficulties

Parent involvement is individualized and based on the child's needs, creating a collaborative environment that supports both the child and the family system.

Individual therapy (adults)

I work from a person-centered, collaborative lens, using a blend of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support adults in their healing, growth, and self-understanding. My therapy room is a space where you can show up fully, without judgment, and explore the parts of your life that feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming.

I support adults navigating:

  • Seasonal depression
  • Anxiety & depression
  • Trauma and complex histories
  • Burnout and chronic overwhelm
  • Relationship and family challenges
  • Major life transitions (career, parenthood, identity shifts, loss)
  • Race, identity, faith, and cultural concerns, including code-switching, belonging, cultural stress, spiritual conflict, and navigating multiple worlds

I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent adults, helping them move through social, interpersonal, and professional spaces in ways that honor their strengths and lived experience.

Parent sessions

Parenting can feel lonely, overwhelming, and isolating, no matter what stage you're in. I offer dedicated parent sessions to help you feel grounded, confident, and supported as you navigate the many seasons of parenting.

In these sessions, we explore:

  • Understanding your child's emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs
  • Learning practical, strengths-based strategies you can use at home
  • Improving communication and connection within the family
  • Processing your own emotions, stress, and experiences as a caregiver
  • Building routines and support systems that actually work for your household
  • Navigating different seasons of parenting, from early childhood to adolescence to becoming an empty nester
  • Making decisions about working vs. staying home based on your values, needs, and capacity
  • Transitioning back to work after time at home, managing guilt, identity shifts, and family adjustments

For parents of neurodivergent children

For parents of neurodivergent children (ADHD, Autism, sensory needs, anxiety, etc.), our work includes:

  • Understanding behaviors through a neurodiversity-affirming lens
  • Learning how your child's brain processes the world
  • Developing the ability to self-regulate so you can more effectively co-regulate with your child
  • Reducing stress around school, routines, sensory challenges, and transitions
  • Strengthening connection while lowering conflict

Parent sessions give you a space to breathe, reflect, and feel understood, without judgment or pressure.

Insurance & payment

In-network insurance

I am currently in-network with select insurance plans. Because coverage can vary widely based on your specific policy, I encourage you to contact me to confirm your benefits before scheduling.

I can help you understand

  • Your copay or coinsurance
  • Any deductibles that may apply
  • Whether your plan covers telehealth, in-person sessions, or both

If you are unsure what your insurance covers, I'm happy to guide you through the verification process.

Out-of-network benefits

If I am not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy services.

I can provide a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I encourage you to check with your insurer to understand:

Check with your insurer

  • Your out-of-network reimbursement rate
  • Whether your deductible applies
  • Required documentation

I'm happy to guide you through the process if you need support.

HSA / FSA

I accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for therapy services. These accounts can be a helpful way to reduce out-of-pocket costs, and therapy is typically an eligible medical expense under most plans.

If you're unsure about your HSA or FSA coverage, I can help you understand how to use these benefits for your sessions.

Payment methods

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. All payments are processed securely through a HIPAA-compliant system to protect your privacy and financial information.

Cancellation policy

24hr

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

$100

A $100 fee will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments. This policy helps ensure that session times remain available for clients who need them.

When life happens

I understand that unexpected situations and emergencies come up. If you're facing something urgent, please reach out as soon as you can, and we can discuss options. My goal is always to balance consistency in care with compassion and flexibility when it's truly needed.
