We offer culturally competent, person centered, neurodiversity affirming, trauma informed, and evidence based care for kids, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout Minnesota.
We provide both online and in person sessions from our Maple Grove, MN location.

Strengthen communication, deepen closeness, and build healthier patterns, whether repairing or reconnecting.

A safe space to navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and big emotions with tools that build confidence and resilience.

Play Therapy
A supportive space for children to explore big feelings through play based therapy, helping them express emotions, build self regulation skills, and navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or school challenges.
